alright, here's a quick round up of the April races and MR500(in March) that the team has gone through.
- MR 500; 1st 2 medals earned, Tertiary Men's, Men's Open.
- Masters Series; did fine until something happened in the finals.
- POL-ITE; straight finals, gone straight into the finishing line and clinched my first GOLD.
- PA Paddle Championship; 1 Gold from Tertiary Men's, 1 Silver from Men's Open, 1 Silver from CSC mixed 10 men.
we'll need to keep going higher. RPDB SA!

I AM A
GRASSROOT LEADER UNDER CCK CSC! =] doing my part for the society
and for my CE points.driving simulator was really boring. i had the lesson 2 days ago. if it was longer, it lasted only 10minutes, it would have been better. thankfully it's over! and i'm one step closer to TP! 3rd June is coming real soon. i'm hoping for a one-time pass.
I WANT TO DRIVE!
was in the train from Marina Bay back to Yew Tee earlier. it was really really stuffy/ hot. i tried my best to sleep from the beginning and finally managed to 2 stations later at City Hall. when i woke up, i was at Ang Mo Kio. and i was perspiring as if i was under the sun. it wasn't just me, the people around me were complaining too. when the train was at Yio Chu Kang, 2 SMRT staff came on board and checked some electrical stuff at where i was sitting. then they told the driver through walkie-talkie to turn on something. i finally felt cool air. i really don't understand, we as commuters are already paying so much, and yet we're given such bad service? and this is just the MRT, the buses are worst. i hope whoever's in-charge can do a better job instead of this crap the commuters are getting. bad air-conditioning, pests and long waiting time, just to name a few of the nonsense. enough of explanations and apologies,
WE WANT ACTIONS AND RESULTS. if there should be a person from the media, LTA, SMRT, SBS Transit or the Government reading this portion, PLEASE DO SOMETHING! thank you.
off to dragonboat now. 3 races this month. Master Series, POL-ITE, PA Paddle Championship. it's going to be a heck of an April.
Manchester United cruising with a 2-0 advantage from Rome. next Champions League match will be back in Manchester. i'm confident that they will move to the finals, but not all confident they will finish as champions. one thing i'm sure though will be that they WILL win the Barclay's Premier League title. glory glory Man Utd? i definitely hope so.
Boston Celtics looking good in the East, in fact, in the NBA. on the other side though, it's a fight for a position in the Playoffs between Golden State, Dallas and Denver. really tight down there in the West. but i'm hoping for the Mavericks to stay OUT of the Playoffs. i would rather see the Warriors and Nuggets. just my two-cents.
still in sports. recently, 2 great sportsmen have retired from the sports scene. they are, Ric Flair from the WWE and Chris Webber from the NBA(Golden State Warriors). i'll only be talking about the one that's most influential one to me.

Ric Flair/ Nature Boy/ Naitch/ THE MAN
he has entertained the sports industry for the past 4 decades. the 16-time World Heavyweight Champion was retired on 30th March 2008 at Wrestlemania by his chosen opponent, Shawn Michaels. Ric Flair's a legend, a Hall of Famer. i had the honour to see him wrestle here in Singapore twice. everytime he came out, i felt really great hearing his entrance song play. he's one heck of a wrestler. a huge WOOOOOOO to him.
yes, i'm sure all these great talk about Flair would end in awhile when people start to look forward to other matches in the WWE. but his works in the industry will never be forgotten for a long long time. THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES RIC!
WOOOOO.
