well, today's great. matters resolved, especially one particular case. am i happy or what?
in the morning, as i walked past the car park, i saw a crow diving down from nowhere and got a little brown bird in it's mouth. it's those common brown birds one can find. not sure if it's called a sparrow, correct me if i'm wrong. the crow got the whole body of that little sparrow. wasn't really gruesome, but it wasn't a sight i wanted to see in the first few minutes after i stepped out of home.
so now, was my talk useful? i hope so. nobody in his right frame of mind would want to see his own CCA fall when he's doing his part supporting it. well, like i said, the CCA cannot stand without cooperation from the juniors.
United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
One For All & All For One.
but that spot's still an empty one. my mind still telling me that one day, just one day, you'll fill it up.

wow. honesty is definitely the best policy. getting $80 for it? yes it's worth it. here's how that huge red packet landed in my hands. my dad found this mobile in his taxi this morning. the phone had the keypad lock on, so my dad couldn't do anything. when he came back, he passed the phone to me and told me he didn't know how to unlock it. well then, i just guessed the simplest numbers, 12345. it worked! kind of pointless having such a code isn't it? coming back to the topic, my dad asked me whether to return the phone or not. i told him to but he said my mum wants it. so i went to ask my mum and she said if we wanted to return, then do it. so we called the owner's home and got her address. my brother came into the room and said, "why want to return? keep la!" that's him. so on the way to my aunt's place for reunion dinner, my dad drove to the mobile owner's home, a 3-storey bungalow in Bukit Timah. yes, it was huge. i passed the mobile to it's owner and she thanked my dad and i. she then passed me a red packet. so i thanked her and we left. in the car, i asked my parents and my brother to guess how much was in it. my mum answered, "$10 only la." so i opened it, and first thing i saw was this blue note. i was shocked! took it out and there was $80 in it! and since my mum guessed there was $10 in it, i gave her, my dad and my brother $10 each. yes, i kept the largest note. how wonderful is that?!

i ain't tall, nor am i short.
i ain't fit, nor am i fat.
i ain't handsome, nor am i ugly.
i ain't rich, nor am i poor.
i ain't great, nor am i lousy.
i ain't famous, nor am i unknown.
i ain't anyone else, but myself.
i am who i am.
nothing's going to change that fact.
happy birthday BELINDA! welcome to the 17th year of your life. may your dreams and wishes be fulfilled. have a piggy 17th birthday! oink your way to happiness!
i feel that there's injustice in the NBA. the Chicago Bulls are having a really unfair schedule, going on the road for multiple games in a tight schedule. they only arrived at Charlotte, North Carolina at 3am as a result of the extreme snowfall in Chicago, Illinois. these road trips have taken a toll on the team. 8 games in 3 weeks of Febuary, the Bulls has only
ONE home game. the other
SEVEN are road games. not surprisingly, they were 3-5 during these 3 weeks. moving on to the All-Stars. David Stern, Commisioner of the NBA, has made
LOUSY decisions on the replacements of the injured All-Stars. Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks was chosen over the Chicago Bulls' Ben Gordon and Luol Deng as an injury replacement for the All-Star game. Joe Johnson is struggling in Atlanta while the other 2 mentioned players from Chicago are playing games with excellent stats. Scott Skiles, Head Coach of the Bulls said, "I've got some radical ideas. I don't think anybody on a below .500 team should be involved in the All-Star game," and i agree totally on that point. Gordon and Deng are averaging 21.3 and 18.6ppg respectively. these 2 are playing consistent games while Johnson, on the other hand, is having inconsistent games. the Bulls are producing team average on 99.3ppg while the Hawks only 92.4ppg and .438 FG%. the conclusion is, David Stern needs to make wiser decisions simply because it affects the players in the NBA.

didn't do well for my Os. got only 24points for L1R4. my best 2 subjects are english and accounts, B3 for both. many have told me that i did well for english. but these people do not know my teachers' and my own expectations of the subject. i was suppose to score higher. well, rizuan beat me, along with many others, in english, with an A2. let's move on to other subjects. i got the same grade for chinese as before, a mere C5. for other subjects, i don't want to talk about them. overall, i've got 2 B3s, 1C5, 2C6s, 2 D7s. yes, i know i suck, but it's over alright? you spammers want to come over to my blog to tag about how lousy i am right? i say, BRING IT ON.
went to play basketball after taking our results. i played with my fellow normal accademic mates from around 1630 to 1800. after that played with the SJAB officers and POMs from around 1900 to 2200. my right knee gave me problems again, otherwise i would have played more. i had to play to get the Os results of my mind. didn't show, but i was really bothered.
disappointed. didn't even receive a single message from you. i ain't blaming you, but, i just thought you would actually ask.

Ben Wallace was down with a sore back few weeks back. he's having a sprained right knee right now. similarly, i'm having a sore back. however, what's with my knee, i'm not sure. i'm too afraid to see a doctor because i fear for the worst. what i can do now is to request for prayers for both my back and my knee. hope God doesn't take me away from sports.
just got my bed today. looks great, feel great. it's really comfortable. the only worry i have is that Spotty will just help himself and bite the wood off the bed frame. so in the mean time, no sleeping with that darn dog.
next up for my room: desk, speakers for my laptop and finally, a home theatre system.
internet ain't all well. currently using Local Area Connection, not wireless. Starhub sent someone here to change our broadband modem. but we still can't connect to the internet. thankfully, my bro and i are using laptops, so we can just shift it next to the modem and plug in to the internet.
i still can't forget you.
